Developed safety and efficiency updates to product processes with the assistance of assembly staff. 

Became a Certified IPC-Specialist for IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 inspection, testing, assembly and production requirements of electronic equipment and assemblies by the IPC (Institute of Printed Circuits). 

Created building layouts and floor plans for new equipment and the rearranging of existing equipment. 

Developed instruction guides and operation sheets for new equipment to be used in the assembly of EHAs.

Responsible for product design and customer technical support. 

Created 2D and 3D CAD for custom customer orders.

Updated approval drawing process for sending and receiving customer input on 2D CAD drawings.
